Retention Period: We retain data untill the order is successfully delivered.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:

After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Custom Orders:
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your custom order details carefully before finalizing.

Orders placed during holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, etc.) cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please ensure your order details are accurate during these times.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for non-customized products returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
